To strengthen our position and drive commercial growth across the region, we are now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager- Telecom & Datacenter Solutions, to take ownership of one of our most strategic growth areas.

The role
This role is central to Delta’s continued expansion within mission-critical data centre infrastructure, where reliability, scalability, and thermal performance are all critical success factors.
You will work with advanced UPS systems, power conversion solutions, and integrated architectures supporting data centres of varying sizes and complexity – from edge and modular deployments to large-scale facilities.
As Business Development Manager Nordic, you will be responsible for developing and executing the regional sales strategy for Delta`s data centre infrastructure solutions, covering critical power distribution, and thermal management technologies.
You will identify and develop new business opportunities, engage with key customers and partners, and act as a trusted advisor in complex, technically driven sales processes.
A strong understanding of data centre design elements – including power distribution, redundancy concepts, scalability, and operational continuity – is essential. You will collaborate closely with internal engineering and commercial teams, contribute to high-level solution design discussions, and support negotiations for strategic contracts.
You will be reporting to Head of Sales Nordic Countries.
Your profile
You are a commercially self-driven professional with a strong understanding of the data centre ecosystem and experience working with technically advanced solution sales. You enjoy identifying new business opportunities, opening doors in new accounts, and developing long-term customer relationships.
With several years of experience in UPS and critical power systems, you understand how data centres are designed, built, and scaled. You can translate technical capabilities into clear value propositions and engage confidently with both technical and business stakeholders. In this role, it is essential that you have a strong command of Norwegian or one of the other Nordic languages, as well as fluency in written and spoken English.
